Workshop - Close Range Defence

Covers aspects of working close range self defence. After warm up exercises, we began with working on peripheral vision and building threat awareness.

The film also covers the use of breathing in overcoming the flinch response, developing flow, how to get power from flow and short strikes. It also shows some finer points on taking balance and structure breaking, an introduction to verbal communication and threat management, plus some advice on working against two attackers.
