Workshop - Self Defence

This film is not a collection of self defence tricks and techniques but a blueprint that you can easily learn and use (in fact you are already using it!) to speed up your decision making process in a dangerous situation.

 In Part One you will learn how the brain responds to situations using Fixed Action Patterns and how they can be trained. You will learn how to apply the OODA Loop formula in all and any situations.

 In Part Two you will see students working through scenarios based on real life events plus some ideas on tactics and strategies to protect yourself and your family.
