Workshop - Stretching & Massage

Systema has numerous health practices within it. This film, shot live at our 2021 Autumn Camp, teaches you some different methods of partner stretching that are both safe and highly effective.
It also shows the Systema leg /back walk method and the basics of using the whip. The film concludes with some unique Maori bodywork for solo and partner massage.
