Workshop - Counter Grappling

Many grappling styles work from a technique base. At this workshop we covered the foundations of the principle-based approach to working against a grappler.
From standing to ground, we show how to use structure and relaxation, the concepts of space and density, the use of strikes, clothing as a weapon and non-sports based methods of protecting yourself against locks and holds.
Also includes two breathing methods for working under stress and footwork against take downs.
